I'm going to tell you about the Solar System.

Solar System

Here are the Sun, Planets, Galaxy, Asteroid, Moons and even a Comet into outer space. The sun is the closest star and it's the hottest from the Solar System. Which means it's very dangerous and could get them burn. Mercury is the first planet and it's also dangerous. It has no moon and ring. It is so close to the hot sun. It has 58 million cyclometers from the sun.


It's just like the one in New York. It comes from Museum of National History. It has all sorts of planets, moons, rockets, spaceships and space shuttle. It has moon rocks. There were hundreds of moons in space. It could be like a dream come true. In the Solar System, it has million of stars for constellations.


It can make dot to dot. Like the one in Observatory. Astronauts use telescopes to see through the sky. Those stars can make a shapes like the Big Dipper. Just like the one in Abraham Lincoln. Taurus the bull, Leo the lion, Cetus the whale and Pegasus the wing horse and the rest of it. Even King Cepheus, Cassiopeia Queen and she's beautiful, Orion the hunter and Draco the dragon he looks scary.

Mercury

The second Planet is Venus. It is covered with thick yellow clouds and it the brightest. It has 108 million cyclometers from the sun. It doesn't have a ring and moon. It could be dangerous. Earth is the third Planet. It has one moon going around. Astronauts live in the Planet Earth and I live in Earth too.


Venus is very cloudy and foggy so they could not see through here. Earth is a better planet. It can get through space by space men riding the Space Shuttle. It makes the world go around and around. It has 7 Continents. Astronauts like Earth. I am visiting from Earth.


Earth is the home of humans. It has white fluffy clouds, green lands and the ocean. In Earth it has a Kennedy Space Center. The Space Shuttle can return and land on the ground like an airplane. It can also be countdown, launch and prepare for lift off. The men can use space suit and helmets to protect themselves. It comes from Nasa.

Mars is the fourth Planet. It has red dust and it has 2 moons. It could be like the Potato. It has 228 million Cyclometers from the Sun. Jupiter is the 5th and largest gigantic Planet. It has 16 moons. 778 million Cyclometers from the Sun.

Mars can make the Astronauts dusty. It has 2 moons named Phobos and Deimos. Jupiter is very huge planet not little but big. I wonder if Jupiter has a ring. It looks like a boulder. It looks enormous. It's a long way.


 Astronauts thinks Jupiter looks like a big ball. Jupiter doesn't have a ring. It only has moons going around. It has mostly of gas. They don't go there. It could be dangerous. It could also like the world.

Saturn is the 6th Planet from the Solar System. It has 17 moons and has the beautiful ring. It has one billion 417 million cyclometers from the sun. The astronauts would not go there. Uranus is the 7th Planet with 15 moons and it could float on the side. Uranus has a ring two like the Saturn. It has 2 billion 852 million cyclometers from the sun.



Neptune is the 8th blue Planet. It has 8 moons. It has 4 billion 470 million cyclometers from the sun and it's a long way off. Pluto is the last and smallest ninth Planet and it's way out there with 5 billion 872 million cyclometers from the sun. It has one moon called charon. It also covered with ice. It would not be nice.


The moon is 400,000 cyclometers away. The Astronauts can land and walk on. It's like one step for man one giant leap from man kind. His name is Neil Armstrong. They grab purple moon rocks. They rode on the space car called Rover. The Phases of the moon.

Here is a phases of the moon. The New moon which means they standing on the Earth and could not see it in the dark. 2 of these crescent moons are waxing and waning shows a little reflected light. 2 of the first and the last quarters of the moons shows some reflected light. 2 of the gibbous moons are also waxing and waning. The full moon means lots of reflected light and they can see it in the night because it's on this side of the Earth. The moon's orbit isn't flat it's tilted and sometimes they can see the moon during the daytime. 


In outer space, they have lots of stars. It also have an asteroid means a piece of rock. It also have a comet. It can hit the Earth and explodes like a bomb and TNT. It also have a Spiral Galaxy. It could make the stars sparkle in the night. The Astronauts can explore through Space.



Some of the stars also be in Earth and even the moon. Astronauts can walk along. They can also studied the facts about the moon. They can facts about planets. Even Constellations. Facts about stars and comets even asteroid. Last they studied Spiral Galaxy.
